We loved tasty and adequate breakfasts and good views!
The property was fairly clean with lovely and good staff. The location itself was unbeatable, a couple of blocks away from Maricel Museum. The hotel was nice and incredibly beautiful and the attached restaurant was great!

Fabulous location across from beach (huge beach towels too!) and short walk to sights, clubs, dining and shopping. Nice private pool. Rooms and bathrooms are small but well-appointed and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Parking onsite is helpful but challenging for other than small cars. Some rooms have small but great balconies from which to people watch and enjoy views of the ocean. My teens enjoyed the hotel as much as we did.
Rooms are too small to fit a cot easily.

Hotel was ideally located on the sea front at Sitges. Woke every morning to the sound of the sea. Gardens in the hotel were relaxing - sunny in the morning and offering shade in the afternoon.Ideally situated to explore Sitges. We also went by train to Barcelona for the day as the railway station is only a 10-minute walk away.
Hot part of breakfast was not as expected in a hotel of this calibre. If you went for the continental, however, this was fine. Hotel drinks and restaurant were very expensive, but lots of other choices within the resort.

I booked to stay at the San Sebastian Playa for 3 nights to celebrate my birthday. The first room I was allocated was terribly disappointing. Not only did it not have a sea view as I had been led to believe, but it looked out onto an apartment building about 8 metres away which necessitated having to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. The room was also supposed to have a balcony but this room had a Juliette balcony which could not be stepped onto. I told the staff that I was very unhappy and was impressed by their commitment to finding a solution. The manager on duty spent quite some time seeking alternatives but in the end said she could not do anything that day but they would move me the next. This they did into a room at the front of the hotel which was perfect. I would go back again but only if the room has a sea view.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, the breakfast was excellent and the rooms were lovely.
I thought the staff were particularly unhelpful.

I liked the close proximity to the beach and the fact that you could have breakfast in the hotel with open doors and facing the sea. The hotel was modern, nice and the beds were very comfortable. Sitges is a wonderful little town. I have stayed there before several years ago, but it's much nicer now. Sitges is the way that you would want a town by the mediterranean to be. Charming narrow streets, a lot of old houses, good restaurants and bars and a lot of small, nice shops. You can walk everywhere. I would really recommend it to anyone!
I think they should have had bbc Entertainment or any other type of entertainment channel for visitors not speaking spanish. They have only got new channels in English.

Booked deluxe king room, that was provided with humongous comfy bed, balcony, as example. It had an electric kettle and fridges.

We stayed four nights and for us it was perfect - next to the beach, very relaxed atmosphere, still only a short walk away from the old town and the centre with shopping and nightlife. The staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed nice long breakfasts on the terrace with a view of the Mediterranean ocean.

The cleanliness, breakfast, curtious staff, location around Sitges. Quick availability to the beach and close to the train station.
The restaurant prices for dinner were too expensive. The walls are too thin. The maintenance staff is very good but not for those who are needing an extra hour or two of sleep.

Nice balcony, close to a lot of things (beach, shopping), but enough off the beaten path that is was quiet.
Didn't receive booking from website. Arrived with no reservation in their system, which took a lot of checking emails, printing, and time to get resolved. No compensation or perks over the screw-up, in fact, they wanted to put me in a "less expensive" no-ocean view room but wouldn't give me that room's rate because "it was booked online". This was frustrating, but once worked out, wasn't an issue. Was able to extend an additional night directly with hotel without incident.

Spacious accommodations boast multiple balconies with fine views of the serene beach. The pool area offers a private vibe that's perfect for lounging after a day of exploring the vibrant local scene.
Soundproofing leaves much to be desired. You can hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which might interfere with your peace. The breakfast selection felt lackluster, lacking variety and freshness, evidenced by lukewarm items and minimal replenishment during peak hours. Parking is tricky, especially for larger vehicles, with a narrow access and limited spaces that can cause frustration for drivers. The room's cleanliness didn't consistently meet expectations, with several corners overlooked upon arrival that could use more attention. WiFi service fluctuates unpredictably.
